- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment of live streamer and KOL including screening, approaching, interviewing and closing
- Assist in streamers management, training, communication, coordination and casting
- Maintain a good relationship with streamers and KOL
- Monitor, measure and review streamers’ and KOL’s performance timely
- Consolidate and prepare various streamers’ and KOL’s performance analytics reports and presentations for management review
- Cooperate with various internal teams to implement streamers’ and KOL’s promotion and interview with media
- Coordinate with social media platform and arrange broadcast activities for streamers and KOL to increase social media presence
- Cooperate with various internal teams to organize offline activities and arrange streamers and KOL to participate
- Perform other ad-hoc projects if necessary
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Media, Entertainment, Broadcasting industry or related disciplines
- Excellent skill in communication, interpersonal and social networking
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Familiar with Social Media Platform
- Good presentation and negotiation skills, flexible and be able to work under pressure
- Responsible, strong execution, team player, well-organized, equipped with aesthetic sense
- Experience in Model Management, Artist Management, or any media related disciplines would be an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
